3:10-3:40PM

Couples Photos

Now is all about you and your partner. Everyone else is getting ready for the ceremony. I'll make sure to be your guide and get those shots that you'll be treasuring forever!

3:40-4:00pm

Catch your Breath

Take a 20 minute break to chill before your big moment! This also gives me time to photograph all of your guests arriving at the ceremony location. And some time to photograph the decor.

4:00-4:30pm

Time to get married!

Finally! The moment we have all been anticipating!

4:30-4:40pm

Make it official!

After the ceremony, you'll walk over to sign! This usually takes a few minutes longer than we think so make sure to add that time in.

4:45-5:15PM

Family Portraits

The best way to make sure all of your most important guests get a photo with you, AND that is goes quickly and smoothly is to ask them to stay in their seats after the ceramony. From there my husband / second shooter will call them to have their photos taken with you at a location close by.

5:20-6:00pm

Join the cocktail party!

Eat, drink, and connect with all of your guests! I'll be there capturing it all as it unfolds. This is another huge plus to a first look timeline because you get some extra time to hang out with your guests!

6:00pm

Grand Entrance!

This is when the Emcee annouces you both as a married couple! Everyone cheers and its a great way to start off dinner.

6:00-7:00pm

Dinner & Toasts

Durring this time is when David and I take a 20 minute break to have dinner as well. After that we will take some photos durring the speaches. This is usually the time I ask to borrow your rings to take some detailed ring shots as well.

7:00-7:15pm

LET THEM HAVE CAKE! Bonus points if you make a mess!

7:30-7:45pm

First Dances

I WILL be grabbing the tissues stuffed in my pockets for these ones. You and your partner first, and then if you like you can also have the parents dances right after.
FUN FACT: My husband had a "last dance' with his best man...the bromance is real.

7:45-8:00pm

Golden Hour Portraits

This really depends on the time of year, feel free to ask me what time would work best, I consider myself a sunset connoisseur at this point! LOL We take a quick 15-20 mins to sneak away and get those dreamy, glowy shots.

8:00-8:30pm

Party on!

I'll be here singing along to all the classics with you, taking the action shots of the night.
TIP: To get the party started ask your DJ to make an announcement that the photographers are on the dance floor looking for some great shots. This usually gets people excited to get moving!

8:00pm

Photographer departs

It's time for us to say goodbye! I'll be racing home to edit those sneak peeks for ya!
TIP: If youre looking to do an "exit" photo let me know! We can always add in a staged one before the night actually comes to an end :)
