A venue that remains timeless in photos of your special day can be hard to come by. So discovering the Brock House in heritage Vancouver, British Columbia, is a dream come true. My job is to encapsulate the magic of your wedding day through photos – the Brock House wedding venue makes it possible.
Built over 100 years ago, The Brock House Restaurant holds a rich heritage. Originally it was a private residence then was used for the Vancouver RCMP. For the last 42 years, Brock House remained the number one choice for weddings and other special events. Who wouldn’t want to tie the knot at a home that’s been standing since 1912?
Residing on the beautiful waterfront of Jericho Beach makes for endless photo ops (which obviously is important to me too as a wedding photographer.) The Brock House Wedding venue includes private beach access for you and your partner. The perfect place for me to capture intimate and memorable moments with the ocean and North Shore Mountains backdrop. It’s nothing short of picturesque.
The Brock House venue is cozy but can hold a large group. The beach waterfront, the grand maple tree, the beach-side lawn and gardens are all available to your family and friends. The Brock House main floor, garden tent and North lawn can seat a maximum of 280 guests. 100 guests can sit comfortably in the conservatory, and 180 of your guests can fit under the garden tent. The gorgeous scenery never ends. Every part of the venue is an elegant place to hold your nuptials.
Wedding planning should be as stress-free as possible. So scratch “find a DJ” off your to-do list. At the end of your incredible wedding reception, you and your guests will be dancing in the conservatory, where the in-house DJ has got you covered.
Even better, the Brock House wedding venue offers a tasty west coast cuisine that you and your guests will enjoy. The food gets prepared by an experienced chef – one less thing to worry about. Plus, you’re guaranteed to have a picture-worthy meal for me to photograph. And you can still order your cake elsewhere, and the staff will be happy to provide you with the necessary cutlery and tableware. Chef’s kiss!
As a wedding photographer, I’ve seen it all. I know having everything prepared is huge! The Brock House wedding venue has it all to ease your inevitable stress. No matter your style, this venue is sure to accommodate, and the friendly staff will help your perfect day come true. As for me, I know any wedding held at the Brock House gets gorgeous photos out of it. You’ll wow your friends.
I’m looking forward to meeting you and capturing every special moment of your day.
